A crucial step that helps evaluate the scope of the project. This initial meeting is to understand the client, the needs for the space & design ambitions for the project. Based on the interest of the prospective client, a proposal for the services is developed.

Best known as a floor plan or layout. The goal is to optimize the space for its functionality, circulation & storage - the three fundamental elements of design. These fundamentals are geared to modify or create a fresh outlook on the space.

This is the beginning of the creative process. Bringing together the vision, direction of style, materials, and crafting details to develop a space with its own personality while making it personable to the client in style and character. Thinking about material selections, their distribution, and how they relate to one another rather than an individual component is critical. We have 100's of vendors and manufacturers in our network, allowing the convenience of bringing material and lighting samples directly to your doorstep.

This is the collaborative part in the process where the client is able to visualize the design, features & finishes through a 3D model presented to them along with the actual samples of finishes in front of them.

With the design signed off, we move on to the technical stage of the design where a complete set of construction drawings for the project will be published. The set allows for contractor bids & the execution of construction.
‍

Once the contractor is appointed by the client, a thorough walk through of the design with the contractor is facilitated. Periodic site visits during the construction phase of the project will also take place to ensure execution of the approved design.
